The olives, immersed in EVO oil, are enriched with flavour and at the same time release that rustic and authentic taste, like a freshly picked olive. With just the addition of a pinch of salt.

Extra virgin olive oil should not be thrown away! Use it to flavour salads, grilled vegetables and meat.
Our pitted black olives require a delicate manufacturing process.
They are placed in large jars and wet with water and salt. Once a day for about twenty days, we stir them carefully to remove the bitterness. Only at this point are they deprived of the stone and stored in glass jars, where we add our extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Ingredients: pitted black olives 59%, extra virgin olive oil 40%, salt.
