It is an olive oil obtained from the selection of only Rasara olives, grown on Mount Ventolone in the Euganean Hills, at an altitude of 350 meters.
The harvest takes place exclusively at night and with the full moon to exalt all the organoleptic characteristics of the olive oil. This is how Moonlight is born, unique and overwhelming, with a dense texture and a medium intensity scents of green fruits and with sensations of freshly mown grass, artichoke and almond.
In the mouth it is refined, with a right balance between bitter and spicy. It is recommended to accompany strong dishes, such as meat and fish or to give that extra touch to raw or sea crudités.
