The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is made with cooked wine produced with the traditional method of direct fire and wine vinegar.

Slow acetic fermentation and aging in fine wooden barrels give a full-bodied texture, a strong, round taste and a perfect balance between acid and sweet.

Beautifully enhances meat, salads, fresh fruit, mature cheeses or ice cream.
