TO MAKE AN ORDER
- I find some problems to make the order, how can I do?
There are no problems, you can send us a message to +39 340 7232645 or write an e-mail to email@example.com us the products you would want to order and the address for the delivery (please, check to have written it correctly). You will pay in counterfoil without additional costs.
- To make an order on the website, Do I have to register my data? No, you haven’t, the choice is optional. If you prefer to have a personal account you have to sign up, otherwise it doesn’t care. The order you will make, it will be valid however.
- Can I pick up my goods in your shop center? Of course! You can directly come in the Olive Oil Mill in Arquà Petrarca, via Fonteghe 17, and you can buy our products in our shop.
- When can I receive the order? When we willjust receive the payment, we’ll elaborate the order in 24h. Then we give the package to the courier BRT, he delivers the package in 24-48h. From the order to the delivery there are 2-3 working days.
- I have received a wrong product. How can I do? Contact usby mobile phone or by e-mail and we will solve immediately the problem.
- What do I have to do if the package that I have received is damaged? During the delivery, if you see that the package is damaged, please refuse it and leave it to the courier. When we will just receive it, we will replace it with new products and we will send it again to your address, without additional costs. If you accept the package and a product damage, please contact us.
- Which methods do we accept for the payment? You can decide whether to pay through bank transfer, PayPal or counterfoil.
- I haven’t PayPal. Can I pay with my credit card / debit card? You have to select PayPal at the time of payment, and then you can insert the data of your credit card without creating a new account.
- I made the payment today, but my order has not been elaborate yet, Why?When we receive the payment, you need to wait 2-3 working days. We will just receive the payment we will proceed with the elaboration and the delivery of the order.
- I have payed with PayPal, when do you elaborate the order? The payment with PayPal is direct, we start to elaborate your order immediately.
- How much is the delivery?
It depends on the total cost of your purchase:
From 0€ to 49,99€ of purchase, the cost of the delivery is 8€.
From 50€ to 89,99€ of purchase, the cost of the delivery is 5€.
The deliveryis free if your purchase overcomes 90€.
- Who is your courier? We work with Bartolini – BRT.
- How much time do I have to wait to receive the package? When the courier takes the package it needs 24-48 hours. It depends from the different country of the delivery.
- How can I track my order? When courier takes your package we send to you an e-mail or a message (if you leave your mobile phone number when you insert your data), with the suggestions to track the package.
- How can we protect your package? To protect our products and the glass bottles from the hits during the transport we use “pluriball” paper.
